The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and space for an additional travel cot. The living room offers a sofa bed for one adult or a maximum of 2 children.
The house is surrounded by forest and is set back from the street. Nevertheless, many points of contact, buses and motorways can be reached in just a few minutes.
You don't just want to sleep? Perfect! In the large living- & dining room with adjoining kitchen, time flies even on rainy days.
In addition to the walk-in shower with seat, the bathroom offers a sink with mirror cabinet, a washing machine, a toilet and ample storage space.

There is enough space for your vehicles and there is also a charging option for your electric car.
Wheelchair users can also use the holiday apartment. We placed emphasis on wide doors, a roll-under sink and a roll-in shower. There is enough space in front of the bed and toilet.
The entire holiday apartment has sockets with increased contact protection. If required, we can provide a travel cot and a high chair.
Our bed linen is suitable for allergy sufferers and has the Oeko-Tex textile seal. The room air is automatically cleaned with HEPA filter devices.
We attach great importance to a clean apartment. All furnishings and rooms are thoroughly cleaned and regularly disinfected before your visit.
You can enjoy fresh air and sunshine on the small terrace next to the holiday apartment. You can also have a barbecue here when the weather is good.
The holiday apartment has a safe. The front door has a burglar-resistant, RC2 security rating.
The living room and bedroom have televisions. (Fire TV is ready for your login) A stereo system is also available. Free WiFi is included.
The holiday apartment has electric shutters and fly screens on all windows. The windows are triple glazed.
Unfortunately, not everything that is fun is allowed in the holiday apartment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. Throwing cigarettes away around the house is prohibited due to the increased risk of forest fires.
We love animals, but unfortunately we have to do without them in the holiday apartment.
Parties of any kind are prohibited. The holiday apartment and the surrounding area are intended for peace and relaxation.
From 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., noise levels should be kept to a minimum.

Transfer the amount requested in the booking confirmation to us within one week. If payments are not made, a reservation for the holiday apartment cannot be maintained.
