No, even if you rent only the bedroom, the entire apartment is exclusively for your use. The kitchen and living room will simply be locked.

Yes, we ensure that you have everything you need. Please let us know if anything is missing. You are also welcome to communicate any special requests in advance.

You can park directly in our courtyard in front of the house.

Yes, there are no stairs or obstacles. The shower is also barrier-free.

We offer an attractive long-term rental package for stays of four weeks or more. You can find the details in our price list. Regular guests automatically receive a discount when we notice frequent visits.

Only we live in the house, occupying the upper floor. The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor.
