We offer an attractive long-term rental package for stays of four weeks or more. You can find the details in our price list. Regular guests automatically receive a discount when we notice frequent visits.

Only we live in the house, occupying the upper floor. The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor.

Yes, the bathroom is for your exclusive use.

No, even if you rent only the bedroom, the entire apartment is exclusively for your use. The kitchen and living room will simply be locked.

Unfortunately not, but we know other landlords and would be happy to help you find alternative accommodation if we are fully booked.

Yes, we provide two professional grab bars that can be placed either in the shower or near the toilet for your comfort and safety.

Yes, we offer two different types of pillows to help ensure a restful and comfortable night’s sleep.

Yes, the frame can be adjusted at both the head and the foot. You are welcome to set the firmness to your personal preference.

Our mattresses are always in excellent condition and are replaced regularly. You won’t find worn-out mattresses here.
We offer mattresses in firmness levels H3 and H4, which can be flipped. When you arrive, the sleeping side is set to H4.

The apartment is equipped with both a filter coffee machine and a Tchibo Cafissimo pod machine. A small selection of coffee pods is always provided for our guests as a welcome.
